Assistant Property Manager-Delmar Apartments

We need an Assistant Property Manager for our Delmar Apartments property. You will team up with the Property Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property; assume leadership and initiative in the absence of the Property Manager. Collaborate with site team and residents to create and strengthen a healthy community, facilitate on-site communication, and monitor property goals.
