What We Are Looking For
Seldin Company is seeking a Community Operations Manager at Woodland Apartments in Woodbine, NE. This is a HUD Property with 48 units.
We pride ourselves in the quality living experience we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas of multifamily property maintenance and preventative maintenance.
What You Will Do
The Community Operations Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, maintaining the physical condition and the appearance of the site and effectively leading the site staff. This role works to ensure profitability, quality service, marketing and resident relations of the property while maintaining the company investment. The Community Operations Manager will manage both the office and maintenance responsibilities for the property.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
- Property management experience
- Maintenance experience

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical

Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
