Leasing Agent:

As a leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our property and a liaison between the management office and our prospective renters. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience and can offer competent service. You will work on a rotating schedule, weekend work required. Candidates fluent in Spanish and English a plus. Must have a high school diploma, 2+ years’ experience in leasing or hospitality work, excellent problem solving and communication skills and ability to multitask during busy periods. We offer a reduced or rent free apartment if you choose to live on property.

Maintenance Supervisor:

Seeking individual with a strong apartment maintenance background to oversee the property, the staff and workload. Will schedule and interact with contractors. Individual must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and have a minimum of 3 + years of maintenance supervisory experience. CFC Certification required. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Salary commensurate with experience plus an excellent benefits package.

Maintenance Technician:

Seeking Maintenance Technicians to maintain the physical appearance; curb appeal and upkeep of the property / apartments. Will handle work orders requiring light electrical, plumbing and appliance repair skills plus general maintenance knowledge / skills. HVAC certification is a plus. Must be able to multi-task and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Must have basic tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. We provide a competitive salary, rent-free apartment, utility, gasoline and telephone allowance plus incentives.

Punch Out:

Responsible for ensuring that vacant apartments are prepared on time and according to our quality standards. This position requires an individual who can prioritize and perform punch list duties, including but not limited to, caulking showers / tubs, changing blinds, replacing receptacles and switches, drywall repair, light plumbing, etc. Basic tools to perform the work required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Competitive salary and reduced rent.

A physical examination, drug screen and an employment background investigation, including but not limited to, a criminal background and fingerprint check will be performed.
