Description
We are currently recruiting a Full-Time, “Team Oriented” person to perform maintenance at our apartment community for older adults located in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who enjoys working with people and can perform general maintenance duties.
The hourly rate is $13.00.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion
- Apartment reconditioning, including painting, cleaning, maintenance repairs
- Perform janitorial duties
- Basic Plumbing and electrical repairs
- General Lawn care
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with and ability to read/follow instructions on maintenance tools,
equipment, and supplies
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- On-call availability
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation required
