Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for apartment turns
General appearance and maintenance of the property
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium

Qualifications:

5 years of previous maintenance experience
Basic painting, electrical, and/or plumbing experience
HVAC experience
CPO Certified
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work on-call
Valid driver’s license and insurance
