Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for apartment turns and general appearance and maintenance of the property.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for apartment turns
General appearance and maintenance of the property
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium
Qualifications:

Must have 1-3 or more years of previous maintenance experience required
Basic painting, electrical, and plumbing experience required
Must provide your own tools
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work on-call
HVAC experience
CPO experience
EPA experience
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
