Cardinal Capital Management, Inc. is looking for a Part Time (24 hours per week) experienced Residential/Commercial Maintenance Technician for a property located in the Milwaukee, WI. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in all aspects of building maintenance including knowledge and experience with carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, apartment turnover, painting, cleaning, and completing work orders. Qualified candidates will also have strong work ethic and customer service skills with an emphasis on Fair Housing principals working with a diverse population, as well as, be a team player who will perform efficiently and communicate with other team members and residents in a courteous manner to ensure a positive environment and elevate customer satisfaction, & strong problem solving skills.
