Cardinal Capital Management, Inc. is looking for a Part Time (20 hours) Residential Maintenance Technician/Cleaner for a brand new property in Sheboygan, WI. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of building maintenance including knowledge and experience with carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, apartment turnover, painting, cleaning, and completing work orders. Qualified candidates will also have strong work ethic and customer service skills with an emphasis on Fair Housing principals working with a diverse population, as well as, be a team player who will perform efficiently and communicate with other team members and residents in a courteous manner to ensure a positive environment and elevate customer satisfaction, & strong problem solving skills.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, as well as, provide their own basic tools.
