Requirements and Skills:
  • High School diploma/GED plus several years of work experience
  • Great safety awareness
  • Residential repair knowledge especially in the areas of painting, replacement of door locks, door replacement, replace light bulbs, door and window screens replacement, basic carpentry, basic plumbing and HVAC, punch out, etc.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excels at staying on task and finishing projects to completion
