Description
The Painter would be responsible for painting apartment turnovers and occupied apartments if needed; painting property common areas, property appearance upkeep; etc.
Responsibilities:
Paint apartments as directed by supervisor
Trash upkeep throughout property
Assisting with community work orders as directed
Repair and patch sheetrock as directed by supervisor
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium
Qualifications:
One to three months related experience in maintenance
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and painting procedures
Ability to effectively communicate with Management and Maintenance Supervisor
Basic mathematical comprehension
Must be able to work as a team and create a positive environment for the Community
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
