Property Manager

Cardinal Capital Management is seeking a Part Time (25 hours/week), experienced Property Manager to oversee residential properties located in Green Bay, WI. Proficiency in financial reporting and planning, oversee daily activities of maintenance staff, landlord/tenant relations, collecting and depositing rent payments, financial analysis, and processing re-certifications. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and OneSite Leasing and Rents. This position requires an ability to work both independently and as part of a team, multi-task, meet deadlines, and provide strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will have industry certifications and possess 3 years of experience. Local candidates preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
