Description
The Resident Services Coordinator would be responsible for planning and organizing programs and events for residents at the apartment community.
Responsibilities:
Managing, planning, and organizing resident programs and events
Assisting residents with requested services such as car rental, taxi service, show tickets, packages, etc.
Assisting residents with any request made by phone, email, or in-person
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium
Qualifications:
Customer Service oriented
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
